When did it all start? Hmmm…
I’ve always liked to be flexible and strong, got interested
in Eastern World & Philosophy during my school years and
Lotus Posture has been my favorite sitting position since
I remember myself.
My first yoga class took place in 2003, opening the door
to a boundless world which turned out to have a place for
absolutely everyone. Since then I have established a strong
foundation as a yogi through practicing asanas, meditation
and breathing, learning Hatha, Vinyasa, Integral Yoga, Iyengar
and Sivananda, Ashtanga and Bikram, Kripalu Yoga from Jai
Raj Williams & Megha Buttenheim,
Jivamukti Yoga from Derek Quigley, Sharon Gannon & David
Life. Having collected all my knowledge and skills together I
was certified as a yoga teacher at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge,
MA.
Yoga is the union of body, mind and soul. Once having come into
someone’s life yoga never leaves it, affecting its every aspect,
lighting it up and developing. And one hardly would give it up.
As the sweet taste of balance & harmony as well as being
the artist of one’s own life is so good.
Yoga changed my life. And it’ll change yours if you let it…
Hi my name is Natalia. I am a belly dance instructor. I studied Belly dance in
Russia for 5 years. During these years I took parts in local festivals. Now I
teach Belly dance in Yoga studio and keep studying by myself. The beginning of
my journey to the magical world of belly dance started because I found out that
this type of dance is the most magnificent in the world.
Beside the charm it has it gives you the opportunity to feel yourself gorgeous
and look great. Belly dance is a kind of dance which helps women to stay healthy
and beautiful. I believe that the way you feel from the inside affects the way
you look. So, let's dance, charm the world around, feel great, look super, but
keep the secret of our magic!
